The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and determined Sales Development Representative to join our highly motivated and results-driven sales team, based out of our Manchester HQ.
This is the perfect entry level role into Sales, providing tailored mentoring and development from both our VP of Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer, as well as fantastic opportunities to progress your career.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems through technology and software.
You will work in close partnership with our Account Managers, learning about the outbound sales process from start to finish.
You should have good research skills, an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills, resilience, attention to detail and determination to win.
The aim of the role is to build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory.
Using your sound knowledge of our company and business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities, and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
You will track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system.
This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs, and booking meetings with prospects.
You will collaborate with the Account Managers and strive towards meeting team sales targets.
