Sales Consultant in Inverness

Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New home Sales Advisor to join our client, an award winning housebuilder in the Inverness area. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to develop your career with a business who continually develops and evolves.  You will be site based, Thursday to Monday.  The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times, from initial inquiry to property handover.  Responsibilities include:Meet and greet Clients on siteAssist clients throughout the process with their selections/choicesSecure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administrationEnsure presentation of show home is kept to a high standard at all timesMonitor general presentation of site and report any non-complianceCollation and research of competitor salesRegular progress/update reports to be submittedMonitor survey feedbackAssist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to clientMonitor entry dates, conclusion of missives, sales incentive plans and packagesObserve Health & Safety regulations at all timesYou will ideally have sales experience from a similar role and will understand the importance of delivering excellent service at all times.
