Sales Assistant in London

The brand was established in 1985 and has gone from strength to strength to become known as one of the most high profile and much loved jewellery brands in the UK with 5 stores across London’s most dynamic neighbourhood's as well as a concession in Liberty London.

The applicant must have successful sales experience and a positive, confident approach to work in our stores.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and knowledge of Dinny Hall product and collections’ inspirations and stories.
• Confident in styling and advising customers to deliver luxurious shopping experience.
• Develop loyalty and connections with our customers by building relationships through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales including omnichannel way of thinking and selling.
• Have an awareness of current brand marketing campaigns, social media and emailers, new launches and promotions.
• To deal effectively and proactively with all customer enquiries.
• Feedback to manager on current trade and share any customer feedback.
• Ensure a knowledge of DH omnichannel monthly sales targets.
• Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, hospitality, visual merchandising within the store. Alongside following all stock management procedures.
• To be conversant with selling systems and Company administration procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings and make a positive contribution.

The Candidate:

• Experience within a luxury retail environment, ideally Jewellery sales experience
• Proven selling skills and working against targets
• A great communicator and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Eager to learn and build on your retail and product knowledge
• Be articulate with a good command of both spoken and written English
• A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.
• Can demonstrate knowledge and passion for the Dinny Hall brand as well as awareness of brand competitors.
