Bluemint is currently seeking a motivated Part Time Sales Assistant for the flagship store in London.

Sales Assistant works in a great harmony in the team in and supports the Store Manager in the store organization and development as well as reaching the targets.

Being constantly on the sales floor, a dedicated sales assistant follows retail excellence guidelines to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives and to provide a unique customer experience.

Qualifications;

· Previous experience of minimum 2 years in High End Fashion Retailer

· Excellent Communication skills, any other languages will be considered as an asset

· Good experience in Microsoft Office and ERP programs

· Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends

· Customer Oriented and Proactive

Job Description;

· To maintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times

· To welcome and assist valuable customers

· To make sure qualitative and consistent customer service is delivered

· To perform in shop’s operational processes to ensure the best store performance

· To optimize and monitor all daily Store-related activities: stock organization, store maintenance, Visual Merchandising (optimizing cost, resources and time)

· To be a point of reference for the team, fostering teamwork, sharing information and practices, timely solving possible issues
