Job description:

Supporting our international Sales Team in processing and maintaining all aspects of sales related documents and corresponding data.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating subscription renewals;
  • Processing purchase orders;
  • Creating and sending invoices;
  • Assisting customers with AdaCore’s Service portal
  • Contact resellers, distributors, direct subcontracts, and royalty receivers to invoice AdaCore;
  • Interfacing with the Legal Team for corporate terms and conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Proprietary Information Agreements'
  • Interfacing with the Legal and IT Teams for vendor questionnaires, Certifications and Representations, Security Conformance Reports, and other requirements as they arise; Maintaining customer portals for Purchase Orders and other paperwork;
  • Communicating sales monitoring and forecasting data in relation to yearly sales goals; Maintaining sales documentation and procedures using ISO-compliant mechanisms; Maintaining sales data for the purpose of renewals, forecasting, assigning and tracking opportunities, and GTM (Go To Market) and Finance Departments.


Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years corporate experience;
  • Strong customer service and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented;
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize;
  • Bilingual (French/English)


The following are not mandatory but are considered a plus:

  • Knowledge of large corporation procurement practices;
  • Knowledge of US state apportionment and deferred maintenance
  • Knowledge/Experience in SalesForce
  • Knowledge/Experience in JIRA
  • Knowledge/Experience in ServiceNow
