Sales Administrator in Scotland

What you’ll be doing

As Sales Administrator for our Mechanical Solutions team in Fintray, you will be responsible for ensuring all sales enquiries via telephone, email or web are responded to immediately and that the sales support and administration duties are completed efficiently.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include;

• Answering incoming calls/emails and directing them the appropriate internal salesperson
• Assisting with the provision & management of sales quotations, by generating ERP quotations with the assistance of the internal sales team
• Communicating potential upcoming projects and updating the ERP system with project movements accordingly
• Assisting with updating job progress through the ERP system
• Assisting with the management of hire orders on the ERP System, regularly updating project dates as required
• Purchasing and co-ordinating consumables required for job specific orders
• Preparing weekly quotation summary reports relating to recent enquiries

• You have some experience in a similar sales role
• Previous experience with ERP systems is highly advantageous
