About the Company: Our client, a trusted property consultancy, is seeking an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their collaborative team and contribute to delivering remarkable results for their clients.

About the Role: As a key member of the rural advisory team, you will have the opportunity to grow your own client relationships, advising landowners on maximising land value, providing tenancy advice, undertaking valuations, assisting in sales and lettings, handling compensation claims, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: Advise landowners on maximising land value Provide expert tenancy advice to clients Conduct accurate property valuations for clients Assist in sales and lettings of properties Handle compensation claims, grants, and subsidies Identify and pursue new business opportunities Qualifications: MRICS qualified with relevant experience Practical understanding of property, land, and agriculture Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ambitious and driven to develop client relationships Comfortable meeting targets and taking initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in standard IT packages (Word, Excel) Valid driving licence and appropriately insured vehicle Pay range and compensation package: Excellent salary reflective of your qualifications and experience Equal Opportunity Statement: Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
