We are currently recruiting a Risk and Assurance Advisor to join the Health, Safety, Risk and Assurance Team team.
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Risk and Assurance Advisor.
In this key role you will support the Risk and Continuity Manager and the Head of Safety, Risk and Assurance to ensure the Group has effective arrangements for risk, assurance, business continuity and incident management.
This role will provide risk, assurance and business continuity advice to all colleagues in Gentoo Group; support the development and implementation of the Group’s risk and assurance frameworks and develop and implement the Group’s arrangements for business continuity and major incident management.

What we are looking for:
1.
An excellent understanding of risk management, assurance and business continuity methodologies, standards and approaches.
2.
Excellent literacy and report writing skills.
3.
Excellent IT skills including the knowledge of risk management.
4.
Ability to analyse, assess and communicate risk data in a way that the organisation can understand.
5.
Ability to engage and motivate others.
6.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
7.
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
