We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to join our HR team on a permanent basis in our London office - five-minutes' walk from Euston and will involve hybrid working.
Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, and managing a Reward Co-ordinator, the role is to provide technical reward expertise to manage all elements of Guinness's approach to pay, pensions and benefits, ensuring our offer is competitive, fair and equitable, and enables Guinness to attract and retain talented colleagues.
The role also includes undertaking pay modelling and providing calculations and analysis to inform pay decisions.
