About the firm:

An award winning, multi service law firm with offices across Cheshire and London are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding Residential Property team in Altrincham.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to advance their career and contribute to the continued success of this dynamic and growing firm.

What will you be doing?

You will be handling a diverse caseload of residential property transactions and must be able to manage matters from pre-exchange to completion.

You will also provide advice on a wide range of residential property matters to both local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

What can you bring to the team?

The ideal candidate must have strong technical and procedural knowledge, along with a willingness to share their expertise and support junior team members.

You must also have extensive experience advising on the sale and purchase of various residential properties, including plot sales and developer actions.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and a strong team player.

What can they offer you?

SALARY - will range from £25,000 - £40,000 DOE and market rate.
