Our client is a well-established legal firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to their clients.Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completionConducting property searches and title investigationsDrafting and reviewing contracts and agreementsLiaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing processAdvising clients on all aspects of residential property lawProviding efficient and effective legal advice and guidanceRequirements:Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancingExpert knowledge of property law and conveyancing proceduresStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlinesClient-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceOur client offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 to £48,000 per year, depending on experience.
