The Role

Residential Conveyancing - Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to join a well established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of high net worth individuals.

Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, it is now seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a progressive and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload of new builds. The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of sales and purchase, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from inception to completion.

The firm is seeking a motivated/technically strong Residential Conveyancer with ambition who can develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative client base.

The Candidate

• Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 6 years post qualification experience gained at a city firm
• Must have a strong academic background
• A passion for business development is essential
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
