My client has seen organic growth over the past 2 years with nine offices across the region: three in Bolton, and one each in Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich, and Middleton.
The firm holds great satisfaction in being a local company, with several legal divisions provided to clients nationally.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Solicitor to join our expanding Conveyancing Department in Bolton.
This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload and delegate tasks to our skilled legal support team.
You will also play a key role in maintaining and growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload independently
- Delegate tasks to the legal support team as needed
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new client acquisition and departmental growth
About You
We are ideally looking for a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
However, we are open to considering Solicitors with a minimum of 1 year of PQE who can demonstrate the required skills and experience.
