Our client is known for its high-quality Conveyancing work throughout Warwickshire and the Midlands and is currently looking to employ a Conveyancing Paralegal to bolster its close-knit team based in its beautiful Leamington Spa office location.
You would be providing support to the Conveyancing team, liaising with Clients to enhance and maintain relationships, whilst providing an excellent standard of service with a view to eventually running your own caseload.
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Attending to clients both on the phone and in person
- Preparing files for completion
- Reporting to Clients on searches
- Raising enquiries with the sellers or lenders Solicitors
