Join our clients award-winning specialist residential service in Llanelli and make a real difference in people's lives!About the Role:We are seeking an accomplished Residential Care Manager to lead our clients dedicated team. You will be supported by a robust, tiered management structure, unique to the service, ensuring you have all the backing needed to excel in your role.Key Requirements:Achieved Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Proven experience working with individuals who have learning disabilities and mental health needs.
