As a Registered Nurse, you will:Provide high-quality care to residents.

Lead and supervise care staff.

Assess risks and develop care plans.

Ensure adherence to Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines.

Make clinical and professional decisions.

Maintain effective communication and leadership within the team.

To be a successful Registered Nurse, you should have:Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC PIN).

Experience in a supervisory role with leadership qualities.

Commitment to professional development, training, and education.

Skills in risk assessment and care planning.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Good organisational and time management skills.
