Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Knowledge and experience of working with relevant legislation and regulations within careMin of 3 years experience of managing a CQC registered service Excellent people and leadership skills IT literate Understanding and ability to work with management accounts Proven track record in working with commissioners Experienced in supporting people with ABI, learning disabilities and autism.
