Rocasa Consulting are looking for a CQC Registered Manager to join a brand new team based in the Bristol area.
The manager will be responsible for a team of new support workers, supporting a client with complex mental health needs who is living her own purpose built accommodation.
If you have a level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care Management please do not hesitate to apply!

About the role:- manage and supervise a team of support workers- monitor and review performance of service and team to ensure optimum service is being delivered- oversee and conduct assessments for support plans and risk assessments- ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times, if not, investigating why this is- ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements- develop positive behavioural support and risk management strategies- ensure a happy and well skilled team are providing the best possible support to client/sAbout you:- a level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care Management- proven track record of managing CQC regulated services specifically team leading- ability to analyse and manage risk- knowledge of relevant and recent legislation- a positive and supportive approach- knowledge of safeguarding protocols- outstanding record keepingIf this sounds of any interest and you feel as though you acquire the relevant skills please get it touch!
