Position: REGISTERED MANAGER SUPPORTED LIVING MENTAL HEALTH

Location: BRADFORD, WEST YORKSHIRE

Salary: c£60K PER ANNUM NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Hours: FULL TIME

Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative care provider in their search for Registered Managers for Supported Living Services and Childrens Services across the UK.

For this particularSupported Living Service Registered Managerrole inBradford, the successful candidate will be overseeing the day to day running and operations, ensuring the delivery of high quality care in aComplex Mental Healthsetting.

Duties & Responsibilities

To support the Supported Living Service Deputy Managers, ensuring high quality care is delivered to the people they support with particular regard for individual needs

Ability to build strong relationships within the Bradford community through community engagement

Take an active role in staff development and training within both the Supported Living service including induction and mentoring, focusing on upskilling staff and evolving work practice

Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of support services.

Undertake regular auditing and monitoring ensuring the service remains compliant in all areas

Promote and maintain good channels of communication amongst the teams and between people they support and staff

Skills & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience of Supported Living Services / Complex Mental Health Sector
Effective communication strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team and community
Genuine passion for care to provide high quality support services and improving the lives of service users in their everyday life
