Nurturing All Ltd is thrilled to announce the establishment of a new 3-bed Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) home in Liverpool and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Children's Registered Manager to lead the way!

Position:

Children's Registered Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Inspire and lead the staff team, ensuring top-notch care for our children.

Compliance: Ensure seamless operation in line with Ofsted regulations and standards.

Assessment and Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans for each child.

Staff Development: Foster a positive working environment through training and supervision.

Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals for comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Relevant social care qualification and Ofsted registration.

Proven experience managing EBD homes or similar settings. Previously been a manager or a deputy looking to step up.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in residential childcare.
