Your role You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the Tamworth region. You will be responsible for over 15 sites and 60+ cleaning staff. You'll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.
