Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent from across Europe.
• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.
• Maintain and expand our network of IT professionals and industry contacts to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Directors and other Team Leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.

The requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Recruiter in the IT recruitment industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of the IT sector and its various roles, technologies, and trends.
• Experience working in a multinational environment, with an understanding of European.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Competitive salary with uncapped 25% commission to our permanent consultants and 22,5% commission to our contract consultants, with an additional commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader.
