Recruitment Manager in Solihull

Stonegate Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a small team, supporting all recruitment across our Pub Support Team, in Solihull. The Pub Support Team has all the usual Head Office functions you'd expect in one of the biggest pub groups in the UK, including Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT so we're looking for an agile recruiter comfortable proactively recruiting into a range of disciplines. 

Working 3 days a week in the Solihull Office and 2 days at home, our next Recruitment Manager will be supporting our Hiring Managers to make excellent hiring decisions. You'll need to have significant recruitment experience (whether thats from an internal role or an agency) to become a trusted partner for our hiring managers.

As Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for a role from start to finish, from advertising appropriately and direct sourcing to managing the interview processes and making offers to candidates, so you'll need to be an expert at managing multiple projects whilst keeping your internal stakeholders up to date on progress. Key to the role will be the continuation of our direct sourcing and attraction policy, so you'll need to be confident in your searching and sourcing skills. 

The Recruitment Manager will also need to become a super user on our ATS, Talos, and be able to drive engagement and useage across the business.
