Basic salary of up to £50,000pa & OTE of £95,000 per annum

Our leading Social Work recruitment business Liquid Personnel has a Recruitment Manager opening in Manchester, M1 to join our expanding team. As our Recruitment Manager, you will be leading from the front, whilst providing support and guidance to a team of up to 9 consultants, from trainee to principles on an established and successful desk.

Every day you will…

  • Drive your team to hit and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining a focus on customer service and retention
  • Driving margin growth by building strong client and candidate relationships through your own activities
  • Provide effective leadership, motivation and guidance, helping Consultants to grow the desk and develop their recruitment careers, by providing on-the-job coaching and training
  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships within key customers and target organisations to win new business opportunities
