Barrington James is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager capable of mentoring and training a team of ambitious and driven individuals, who can contribute to the growing success of Barrington James.

Expectations:
- Ideal profile - 3-5' years Recruitment experience with minimum of 6 months managing a team or at least 1 support staff e.g. Resourcer/Delivery Consultant

Role responsibilities:
- Driven team sales activity and oversee KPIs
- Maintain relationships with key clients, and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain team performance and track statistics
- Sourcing niche and high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level contract requirements across a vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business development into niche companies
