The appointment will initially be on a fixed term basis for 6 months, though this may be extended by mutual agreement to 12 months, depending on requirements.The Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in the planning and management of all aspects of staff recruitment and selection across a wide range of campaigns from senior leaders to casual lifeguards.The postholder will work very closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other managers and act as the key contact for candidates.
