The Recruitment Consultant will:Gain a good understanding of clients and build and develop positive relationshipsMake outbound calls to perspective candidates and clients, building long lasting relationshipsWork towards monthly targets working towards a competitive commission structureAdvertise vacancies as and when requiredUse candidate databases on a daily basisMatch candidates to the client's vacancies ensuring a great fit for both partiesReview candidate applicationsManage interview request from clientsTest and create a shortlist of candidates for the clientBrief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the jobPrepare CVs using internal CRM systemUpdate candidates about the results of interviews, keeping in touch weeklyOffer advice to both clients and candidatesMeet with clients and candidates to engage and build long lasting relationshipsThe Recruitment Consultant will:Have previous sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targetsHave a positive, can-do attitudeBe a confident communicator both written and verbalWork well under pressure and towards tight deadlinesBe confident working with numbersIdeally have previous experience working within an office environmentWant to work within a close knit teamStrong MS office package skills/use of systemsOn top of a competitive OTE structure we also offer team incentive days and a great social setting!
