The role

We are looking for Trainee Consultants, Consultants and Senior Consultants to focus on super niche areas within Blockchain & Web3. You will build out communities of talent and partner them with the top projects and companies within that space. You will research, identify and engage with these projects through a range of digital, in person and more traditional techniques.

We can only achieve this by building a team of passionate recruiters who want to add as much value to the Blockchain community as they can through building high-performing teams to drive adoption and understanding in the space.

The types of activities you’ll be expected to do

• Talent acquisition – sourcing top talent for our clients through a range of innovative and traditional resourcing methods.
• Business Development – researching, identifying, approaching, developing and closing partnerships with new clients.
• Account Management – developing and maximising existing client partnerships.
• Networking – getting truly ingrained in your niche and achieving trusted advisor status with clients and candidates.
• Flying the flag – communicating the Spectrum Search value proposition to the market proactively and passionately.

What we are looking for in you

• Any demonstrable experience working as a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, ideally in Tech (not required for trainees)
• Process Driven
• An interest in Blockchain Technology
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Razor sharp attention to detail
