Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels
• Build and maintain a trackable and effective pipeline
• Screen and interview potential candidates to identify their qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customised recruitment strategies
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and deal completion.
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay informed about current industry trends and effective strategies in recruitment
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles across various industries
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Daring and self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and attracting candidates
