Marconi Associates is a specialist ‘Supply Chain Technology’ Recruitment Firm, working with small-medium companies through to large multi-nationals across the world.

Since our inception in May 2023, we have gone from strength to strength and are on track to double in revenue for 2024.

We are interested in speaking to experienced Recruiters who are ready join our journey at an early stage, building a business and becoming an internationally recognised expert Consultant in their specialist field (‘Automation’, ‘Robotics’, ‘Logistics & Supply Chain’).

We are a UK based business, focused on Global markets. You will be focused on mid-senior level hires working directly with the founder and supported by the wider team to develop a new, growing market within Supply Chain Technology. You will continue to learn and develop your skills through one-on-one / group training and provided with the best-in-class tools to work effectively.
