About the role

Location: Synergy Building, 3rd Floor, The Campo Lane, Sheffield S1 2EL

Hours : 8.30-5pm

Salary : Up to 26k + commission  

Hybrid : 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone wanting to come into the recruitment industry, willing to learn the intricacies of the role and build the best rapport with clients and candidates alike. More than anything we would love someone who is confident on the phones, takes the initiative to find ways to build and carve their own desk in the market and knows when to lean on the team for support and morale boosting.

You’ll be building your own Temps desk, either in the industrial or commercial sector. We are open to which vertical you want to specialise in, as this is your desk, and we give flexibility to how you run that. The most important thing is how you work with new, existing, and lapsed clients to provide the best recruitment service! And we put that trust in YOU!

What you'll be doing
  • Breaking down doors and securing new client wins
  • Identify sales leads for the team, achieve targets through consistent business development activity
  • Gain trust and consistency from clients through regular sales calls and networking
  • Identify suitable candidates through screening in accordance with the client’s requirements and agreed service levels
  • Carry out sales presentations at client meetings and be ready to bid to win a client 
  • Filling all temporary roles
About you

Are you from a high-end retail sales or retail management background? 

Have you worked in hospitality? Or a Front of house role?

Are you well versed in picking up the phone and being confident in handling difficult conversations and managing expectations?

  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Desire to be a top biller within the recruitment industry.
  • Ambitious nature who can keep up a professional and consistent pace with clients.
