Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Peterborough

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team at our Peterborough branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various industries, helping them find the right people to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions accordingly.

Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the suitability of candidates for specific roles.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including pre-site preparation and feedback.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practises to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.

A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate future recruitment needs.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
