What you'll do:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:Manage the end-to-end recruitment processBuild and nurture relationships with both clients and candidatesDevelop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidatesCollaborate with a talented team of Consultant's to achieve shared goalsStay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new business We are looking for:Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (does not need to be industry specific)Natural leaders with high standardsConfident and natural communicatorsThe determination to be successful What we offer:Competitive salaries - for experienced candidates our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience & what you can bring to our business.
