About the Role…

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Maxwell Bond, you will be responsible for identifying great talent and placing them into exciting opportunities with the companies that you’ll be working with. It’ll also be your job to seek and secure new business opportunities, alongside utilising the in-depth training that you’ll receive to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with a whole host of organisations to understand their technology recruitment objectives and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates’ suitability for some great technology jobs.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both your clients and candidates, from initial contact to placement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

About You…

  • A passion for IT/technology, Technology Sales or Sustainability/Renewable Energy and the latest technology advancements and trends.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to be able to plan your own day and track your own results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, with the tenacity and resilience to succeed in a new business role.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
