We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will support a fast-paced, generalist desk alongside experienced consultants, servicing a broad client base across hedge funds and the wider investment management industry. If you are organized, driven, and ambitious, you will thrive and grow rapidly within our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong candidate relationships through effective communication and support.
• Develop and maintain talent maps for internal use.
• Book interviews and conduct interview preparations.
• Attending client meetings alongside consultants.
• Perform administrative duties to streamline operations and support the team.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hedge fund industry.
• Effectively match candidates with specific mandates.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.

Qualifications and skills:

• Graduate from a top-tier university.
• Previous experience in Recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
