• Liverpool OR Manchester (main office in Liverpool)
• Flexible hybrid working.
• Full training offered + Commission OTE ££
• Any Sales / New business experience is needed for this role. This will be working on the temp commercial desk.

**Valid driver's license is a must and the willingness to travel locally is needed to visit clients**

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.
• Offer a 360 sales solution to your client to show end to end client engagement and satisfaction.
• Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
• Use market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner with a high level of service and added value.
• Represent the company and brand as a subject matter and market expert on face-to-face client meetings.
• Drive the business and managing the 360 desk.
• Proactively build your profile and personal brand on social channels including LinkedIn to maximise candidate selection
• Source candidates effectively using various platforms
• Generate new client relationships through a variety of methods

Experience/Skills required:

• Sales / business development experience
• Business-to-business sales experience
• People skills! You’ll have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ambition, curiosity and a solution focused attitude
• Persuasive personality with strong communication skills
