£25,283 - £47,686 dependent on experience - plus benefits (bonus/commission)

Teaching Personnel are hiring ASAP for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool office, working specifically within our Secondary and SEN division to support secondary schools and colleges for children aged 11-19. You will become part of a progressive group of dedicated individuals who flourish and continue to provide a high level of support to our clients across Greater Manchester.

We are on an exciting journey of growth and therefore looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Manchester office starting ASAP on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (Secondary and SEN) and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.

  • Support your client schools and use business development skills acquire new schools who will utilise you for their staffing needs
  • Proactively build and develop your own Educator database and match them to the right work
  • Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with school leaders
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives, have a clear daily plan for your desk
