£25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) basic salary per annum
Realistic OTE £45,000-£60,000 in first year (UNCAPPED)
Monday - Friday working week, 08:30-18:00 (can be flexible on start and finish time)

The Recruitment Consultant role
Utilise job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and referrals for proactive and reactive candidate searches.
Set appointments and pre-screen candidates.
Maintain and manage your candidate pipeline.
Upload CVs with notes, ensuring GDPR compliance on to our database.
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate feedback.
Monitor job vacancies to ensure accurate advertising.
Develop expertise through Recruitment Juice training.
Follow company processes diligently and maintain professionalism.
Manage client portfolios, liaising with hiring managers and business develop client portfolios further.
Handle candidate management from screening to offer negotiation through to start dates.
Propose process improvements and team collaboration ideas.
Generate new company and client leads through various channels.
Utilise LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and networking.
Assist in lead generation and business development.
Attend networking events outside standard working hours for client and candidate engagement.
