• £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) basic salary per annum
• Realistic OTE £45,000-£60,000 in first year (UNCAPPED)
• Monday - Friday working week, 08:30-18:00 (can be flexible on start and finish time)

The Recruitment Consultant role

• Utilise job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and referrals for proactive and reactive candidate searches.
• Set appointments and pre-screen candidates.
• Maintain and manage your candidate pipeline.
• Upload CVs with notes, ensuring GDPR compliance on to our database.
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate feedback.
• Monitor job vacancies to ensure accurate advertising.
• Develop expertise through Recruitment Juice training.
• Follow company processes diligently and maintain professionalism.
• Manage client portfolios, liaising with hiring managers and business develop client portfolios further.
• Handle candidate management from screening to offer negotiation through to start dates.
• Propose process improvements and team collaboration ideas.
• Generate new company and client leads through various channels.
• Utilise LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and networking.
• Assist in lead generation and business development.
• Attend networking events outside standard working hours for client and candidate engagement.
