We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Position Overview:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our business.

You will be responsible for engaging with clients at all levels, developing new business opportunities, and sourcing potential candidates using a variety of methods.

Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be key in understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates, providing expert advice, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our reach and grow our client base.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize creative methods such as direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals to source potential candidates.

Market Expertise: Provide expert advice to clients and candidates based on your knowledge of the market and industry trends.

Candidate Qualification: Screen and qualify candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of specific roles.

Relationship Building: Foster effective rapport with both candidates and clients, developing strong, lasting relationships.

Position Requirements:Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales is preferred but not essential.

Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong written English and grammar, and an excellent telephone manner.

Attitude: A confident, ambitious, and tenacious attitude with a strong work ethic.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to use your initiative.

Industry Background: Open to applications from various industries including Sales, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, etc.

What We Offer:Competitive Salary: A competitive starting salary with regular performance-related pay raises.

Commission: An uncapped commission structure with exciting incentives for exceeding targets.

Work Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30, Friday 08:30 - 13:00.

Holidays: 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Paid Christmas shutdown (increasing 1 day per year of service up to 25 days).
