Recruitment Consultant in Cardiff

The Pertemps Network Group have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Cardiff.

The role is based within the contract recruitment team, focussing on recruitment of temporary staff.

It will be the successful candidates responsibility to manage the full recruitment cycle, whilst maintaining a positive candidate and client experiences.

This role is office based and our standard working hours are from 8am-5pm | Monday-Friday.

Role Overview

• Developing and managing an established temp desk
• Arranging and attending client meetings, to discuss their staffing needs
• Posting job adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work
• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
• Carrying out competency-based interviews
• Attending networking events to build local professional network
• Bringing on new clients, nurturing and maintaining existing relationships

Candidate Overview

• Due to the nature of the role a full driver’s licence is essential
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work toward KPI's and team financial targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
• A positive mentality and can-do attitude

• Competitive base salary of £25,000 + commission
