Recruitment Consultant - IndustrialKnow How Resourcing are specialist temporary recruiters in the Warehousing, Production, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors and celebrating our 15th year of operation this yearWe now need to grow our team and further develop our customer base in West Yorkshire and are looking for experienced recruiters to join us.

The RoleYou will be responsible for helping manage our current business, develop them further as well as bringing onboard new customers through various strategies.

You will be expected to maintain our high standards of compliance throughout the full recruitment process.

The CandidateYou will have experience working in Industrial recruitment managing a variety of customers and be a team player who can build great relationships with colleagues, candidates, and customers.

Ideally have your own vehicle or passed your driving testLocationWorking from our offices in BD1 within easy reach of Leeds City Centre with private free parking and direct motorway accessHolidays * 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays * Birthday off * Earn an additional day per quarter extra!

* Total of 30 days holiday in year one!

Salary * Very Competitive salary £26k-£32k basic * Individual and team bonus schemes PAID FROM IMMEDIATE START * Generous car allowanceStandard Office hours 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
