This role will be working out of our office space in Mandale Business Park, Belmont just outside of Durham City Centre.The JobAs a Recruitment Consultant you will have full responsibility for running your own desk and managing the full 360° recruitment process for white permanent staff. This role will be recruiting into an existing and active client base within the construction industry in the North of England.As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to: * Develop a detailed knowledge with specific client base, market area and projects. * Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as undertaking business development calls to win new business. * Be responsible for your own workload, time management and to drive your own success. * Provide a consultative approach to clients & candidates and add value throughout. * Networking to become an expert in your market.We will consider people from all backgrounds, whether its your first steps into recruitment or if you are an experienced Consultant. This would represent a realistic OTE of £40,000+ in year 1 with expectation of this figure growing year on year.We also offer a further earning potential in way of our golden envelope scheme for those who achieve above and beyond target.
