Due to the continued growth of our Public sector contracts, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated recruitment team. The role will be to support the Council with their recruitment requirements across a number of their sites.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours, Office hours Location: Aylesbury Salary: Up to £30,000pa DOE Contract type: Permanent
What does the job entail?
Managing an eclectic range of live vacancies
Successfully placing candidates in temporary assignments
Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Conducting vacancy briefing calls via Teams
Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media
Telephone interviewing candidates to gauge their suitability
CV searching and contacting 'passive seekers' for specialist roles
Submitting CVs to the Pertemps ATS for live vacancies
Proactively looking at ways we can recruit and retain candidates
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
Experience of Commercial recruitment is essential
A proven track record of building rapport with clients and candidates
