Role: Recruitment AdministratorType: Interim 6-12 monthsSalary: £17ph Umbrella (Negotiable for the right candidate)Working Pattern: Hybrid (multiple sites)Location: BristolSellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator for our Public Sector client.Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator are;Offer administrative support to the Housing team in order to help them implement high volume expert recruitment effortsUse the applicant tracking system provided by the council to: -Post advertisementsSet up interviews, create offer letters, provide references, Assist with CV searchesCommunicate with candidates and hiring managersFollow BCC's hiring and selection guidelines to guarantee impartial and open hiringable to demonstrate understanding of and/or familiarity with diversity and equality concernsParticipate in the entire hiring process, from the initial attraction to the final appointmentRespect BCC's hiring and selection procedures to guarantee impartial and open hiringCapacity to function well in a high-pressure setting when deadlines and priorities are flexible.The Ideal candidate for the Recruitment Administrator will have;Prior experience in a similar roleStrong administrative skillsFamiliarity with using an applicant tracking system will be beneficial If you believe that you are well-suited to this excellent opportunity as a Recruitment Administrator, please apply directly or contact Charlotte Broomfield at Sellick Partnership Derby Office for more information.
