The Recovery Motivator role is designed to enable ‘first steps into employment’ and will be based within Croydon .
Recovery Motivators are anticipated to be people who are themselves in recovery in respect of drug or alcohol use or people who have experience of living with drug or alcohol misuse within their family, who would like others to benefit from their experience.
The main function of the Recovery Motivator role will be to be a welcoming and consistent face in the open access reception area and signpost service users within Croydon communities to relevant support agencies.
Recovery Motivators will work with those who are directly impacted by their own experience of misuse and the people who care for them, family members and friends; as well as working with key partners to empower communities.

Salary : £22,357.18- £23,525.95 pro rata (CGL Points 17- 19) With Outer London Weighting £2163.27
