Receptionist

The Front of House department is the one department that typically forms the first impressions our guests will get upon arrival at our property, it is of paramount importance that the reception desk runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Receptionist, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and whilst also ensuring the highest levels of safety are maintained. You will also be trained to cover Spa Reception.
You will be the first port of call for all questions and queries relating to a guest stay, spa day, club membership or any other general enquiry. Always demonstrating a can-do attitude, you will be a source of information for all guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of the day’s activities, guest numbers and availability will ensure that you support the wider teams with maximisation and utilisation.
