    • Duties :



  • Managing a switchboard to provide prompt and friendly telephone assistance.

  • Meet and greet guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.

  • Maintain and update various administrative records and databases.

  • Assist with general office support tasks including filing, scanning, and archiving documents.

  • Coordinate meetings and book meeting rooms as required.

  • Provide any additional support to the team to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
