Pay rate: Competitive/Negotiable
Location: Moor Row, Cumbria
Hours of work: 8:00am-16:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:00am-12:00pm (Friday)

Applicants must posses the following:
* Experience in a receptionist-led role
* Experience of liaising with people face to face and on the telephone
* Able to interact with internal and external customers
* Friendly and welcoming personality with a professional attitude
* Strong organisation skills with keen attention to detail
* General administration experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office

Candidates would ideally have:
* BPSS clearance

Role information:
* Meeting and greeting clients/staff.
* Ensuring the accurate passes are issued and proper procedure are followed
* Maintaining high levels of security
* Answering phone calls and assisting in general queries
* Responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries and post while also arranging couriers and using a franking machine
* Maintaining a tidy and professional work place
* Issuing purchase orders and filing delivery notes
* Arrange meetings as well as managing catering requirements. Also organising hire cars and travel/accommodation arrangements.
