As a Receptionist at the CoventGarden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and invitingatmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuringevery guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, andlocal attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly andprofessionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain impeccable presentation and attention to detail in the frontoffice area
