A slick Private Equity firm in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an experienced Receptionist for a maternity cover contract, four days a week.
A £3,000 bonus is included should the successful candidate complete the entirety of the maternity cover contract.
Candidates must have min.
5 years Front of House/Receptionist experience in a corporate environment, be highly presentable with an excellent telephone manner.
Typical duties include:
- Front of house reception duties
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Diary Management
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments
- Providing administration support to the team
- Responding to emails
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Booking meeting rooms, booking couriers
